Update from the field: The shorter you are, the louder you speak!

Dear F2F friends,

I am now in Siem Reap, Cambodia, at our F2F Center. Our school for the poorest children often benefits from volunteers, such as Lachey Hobson from Australia, who is providing valuable help getting our children to speak English with confidence.

Who cares about grammer mistakes, when your first task is to speak loudly enough so those tall foreigners can hear what you say!

And we also make sure the kids know that a warm smile can go a very long in communicating..

Next stop - a 3 day workshop on self-reliance in Battambang.
